Princess Yachts

DSG are proud to have been involved in the quantity surveying for the new Princess Yacht development. The works comprise the provision of the Phase 1 Production facility which include Yachts building space, with 6 levels of mezzanine floor 11m wide at one end of the building, including provision of crane beams for the lifting of the Yachts. The mezzanine floor levels provide working areas and storage, the provision of the covered area over the existing shallow dock with adjacent two storey work areas and storage, to be used for testing the Yachts. The provision of hard paving to the required areas for Phase 1 and new drainage associated with Phase 1, and diversion of and new incoming services associated with Phase 1 including a sprinkler system and associated tanks.

DSG were involved at several stages and delivered bills for the various buildings across the site.
